Player Ratings: Real Mallorca 1 – 1 Real Madrid; 2024 La Liga
Thibaut Courtois – 7: Made four saves, three of which were from inside the box, and claimed a few high balls from corners.
Dani Carvajal – 5.5: Seemed clearly exhausted in the second half, making several bad giveaways.
Éder Militão – 7: Seems to be back in top form, especially with his quick recoveries.
Antonio Rüdiger – 7: Battled all night with Muriqi and was heavily relied upon for aerial clearances inside the box.
Ferland Mendy – 5: Picked up an unnecessary red card in the final seconds of the match.
Aurélien Tchouaméni – 6.5: Solid in possession and worked tirelessly as the anchor of the midfield.
Fede Valverde – 7: Covered every blade of grass and often acted as a driving force on the right flank. He’ll need to step up further with Toni Kroos absent to fill the progressive passing gap.
Jude Bellingham – 7.5: Not quite at the level of his Wednesday performance but still put in a significant shift on both sides of the ball.
Vinícius Júnior – 6: Disappointing second half when the team needed their star player to step up.
Rodrygo – 8: The best of the attacking trio, scored Madrid’s only goal with a shot from the left side of the box that found the side netting.
Kylian Mbappé – 6: Isolated at times and still searching for his role and overall chemistry with the team. His best moments came from the left wing, where he had two shots on target that nearly found the net.
Substitutes:
Luka Modric – 7: Controlled Madrid’s game and rhythm but missed two chances that could have been converted.
Arda Güler / Brahim Diaz / Lucas Vázquez – N/A: Substituted in the 86th minute—Carlo waited too long to bring in reinforcements.
