Cristiano Ronaldo’s YouTube channel has made it into the Guinness World Records! The channel of the Al-Nassr star made headlines after breaking records as soon as it went live on August 21.

The debut of the Portuguese football legend, Cristiano Ronaldo, on YouTube through his channel “UR — Cristiano” was nothing short of extraordinary, smashing records and now earning a spot in the Guinness World Records (GWR).

The sports star launched his personal channel on the world’s largest video-sharing platform on August 21, and it has been gaining subscribers ever since.

GWR has now recognized that the 39-year-old Al-Nassr star’s YouTube channel garnered the most subscribers in a 24-hour period.

Earlier this week, the organization announced on its website that “Ronaldo’s dominance on social media continues” as his YouTube channel reached 19,729,827 subscribers in a single day.

This record was revealed exclusively to Guinness World Records this week, according to VN Express.

According to YouTube records specialist “WikiTopia,” Ronaldo’s channel reached 100,000 subscribers in just 22 minutes, 1 million subscribers in 47 minutes, and 10 million subscribers in 11 hours and 31 minutes.

Even more astonishing is that the channel amassed 50 million subscribers in just one week.

However, this isn’t the first time the five-time Ballon d’Or winner has featured in the GWR.

The organization has already recognized Ronaldo as the most followed person on Instagram with 637 million followers and the first person to reach 500 million followers on the platform in November 2022.

He also has a Facebook account with 170 million followers and an X account (formerly Twitter) with 112 million followers.

In football, the Portuguese star holds a Guinness World Record for “the most goals scored by a player in international football matches” in 2021, with 111 goals.

Additionally, the former Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus player also holds a series of records, including:

– The first player to score 100 goals in the UEFA Champions League
– The most appearances in the Champions League with 183 matches
– The most hat-tricks in the Champions League with eight
– The most goals in the European Championship with 14
– The first player to score in five different World Cups
– The longest gap between appearances in the Premier League, spanning 12 years and 118 days.

Meanwhile, as he continues to showcase his remarkable skills on the football field, Ronaldo recently scored a stunning goal during an Al-Nassr league match on Tuesday evening, bringing him closer to reaching his 900th career goal.
